Moderation color for each and new rule..

What about a moderation color for each mod,vice admin and admin..If a mod edit a post he/she must use the moderation color given to him/her to edit something wrong,against the rule in the post..and also the moderation color is used only by mods and the mod must use bold text while edit a post..
