Dear admin

Control yourself from assigning posts, we just have 380 member here, and we can count daily visitors on finger tips, if we see through forums posting, jst cambo staff member posting and dominating this site, members need members like thereself to become friendly . i was to moderator of one site before, if u want ur site successful plan site not staff members, 1 vice admin and 2 moderator are adequate for the site. plan promotion with promoters.

sme suggestion for u admin

1. there should be min 500 member per promoter bucket to become moderator. add one box where user enter there promoter name from whom they get this site while register. this will work

2.Ask for donation if some 1 want to become direct moderator,tht u decide as per ur site expense

3. dont change staff designation too soon,let them do sme efforts to achieve tht.

4. you need site managers not relatives or rulers of site, dont assign inadequate designation to members, noone like ruler over head

keep in mind be a gud manager,otherwise sites come and vanish in a year

If We Are Having Two Moderators And 1 Vice Admin How Can We Run This Huge Forum..Think Carefully..Now Also We Are Not Having Enough Moderators To Run The Forum..

at frist it depend on fourm admin that select how much staff which he/she want ....
2nd it depend on fourm posting not in fourm members ... i will show you a fourm with 800 member and fourm didn't get 3 topic per day....
and base in which piont you adequate 2 moderator and and 1 vice admin??? Silent

I have some questions & queries to clear it, here. I did saw ppl just posting & spamming to get RANK's. quite unfair situation. AND they've been increasing post counts by funny games like a running race. RARELY mig33 related topics discussed only sometimes, other than that. more number Of games & chit chat topics exist i extremely agree its an healthy thing to keep ourselfs happy plus funny BUT for example: "3words story game" - "5words story game" - sounds silly and one is enuf.
Many things are not getting exposed & agreed with rahul staff members rule this place, hardly only few normal users seen.
My aim is to stop the spams for getting a rank. Lol its obvious in a forum but cant take it as granted.
And for the ppl who mis-understood that i'm writing these juz for loosing my RANK, No definitely not. i'm always a VIP for my username whereva i go. so no clashes Plz.
Regarding forum GAME's i did gave a suggestion to pink-jasmine. i.e; A post should not be added to a user, when we play it in "games section" -it means when you only, make a post in games section a further POST may not be added to you're mig33cambo a/c. un-posting facility can reduce the race Of increasing posts.
Atlast to our Administrator. provide a "Thanks" option at the right end Of a post & it resolves the number Of thanks giving posts to a particular useful topic. [i guess Quality is more important than Quantity]
Normally it leads to a healthy situation as rahul said manage it carefully & bravely to long lost it life. After all its just an opinion from my side.

U was a moderator of a site......but u have given some wrong points.

1 vice-admin not enough, coz if both admin and vice-admin will unable to visit forum, then who will control forum???

2 or 3 moderator is enough.........but in ur next point u have given some very dissapointing notes. Donation for moderator rank. . If forum need any help, Then we all perticipate to make it easy.

500 members per promoters bucket my god . promoter have to spend 2year to do it

listem dear make promoter who have links in mig or sme where else, ppls having mre then 100 ids as frds in there mig ids, site running from many months jst 380 member, shame on staff, admin u have to rule here not staff members, take job if u cn fullfill it with dedication staff, if smeone VIP or Promoter cant even make 500 calls , thn u are dumb, 25 member in 1 rum , attract jst 10 user per day in 50 days u get 500 member here,who say tough leave ur designations urself,thn i must say company running on broken shoulders . if single promoter cannt do 500, then shame on staff ,mre then 10 staff member having 380/10 =38 user per head , check ur ids u r having mre frnd thn here in ur lists

and wht is VIP, no1 VIp in business world, do ur jobs thn VIP man, every1 here VIp, every member shuld be VIP for u Admin, who said joking above , ur joking with ur own site

I'm totally agree with monkey bro..
Nowadays some of mig related forum is actually down and it'z only cause of heedless care about to forum difention and i think mig related forums are totally indebeted 4 mig discussion sections not chit chat..
And it's depending to forum staffs how to manage forum and mig33 sections..
Like example there is a mig33 related forum that its established at the recent days of jan 09 but currently that forum having 380+ member and with 5+ new user daily and 80+ new topic p/24 hour so i think it depending of the forum management..
But about cambo forum can say this forum is rocking and i'm thankfull of this forum staff to offer us such a buiti and loving forum..
I'm a regular member in this forum and will be a good co-opt too inshyallah

at fast, rahul, don`t think urself as a great forum specialist. U was a moderator of a forum, that not means u have learnt all about it.

Just joining in forum is not every thing, promoter can invite people, but they will be not regular, there is some specified people in mig33 who r interested in foruming, its their wish.

and other forum, one of them has 4000 users, do u think all of them r regular?

And how do u know that our promoters r not inviting people??
if people not feel any interest in foruming, what can promoter do? Fight wid them coz y they r not joining?

listen, forum is a place of patience, keep patience,nothing happen in one night.

now a days mig33 has some prob and other mig33 forum is increasing day by day, some of forum get down,peoples r irritated by seeing new forum. its very difficult to make them interested in another forum.

some of them want rank after registering in the forum.

U here to present ur idea, how to sell moderator rank. it show us how is ur thinking system. if this system start, what will be other`s situation.

And lastly, no VIP in bussiness world, but mr rahul, its not bussiness field, we r not incoming money from here. So, again, think before posting.

So, just think before posting any thing, and learn about foruming.

Sure you can bro monkey. You are not right to think about provide rank by post spamming in forum. Before I provide rank or demote to anyone, I always ask our staff or share idea or make fair system by vote as u known.
And I know well who really deserve one and who is not. I never shake bec of anyone shake me.

For game, it does not matter if they want to play how many kind of game. Ppl have different mind, if you like to play any game, u can enjoy, if you don’t like, no need to play. You chose any game u think it is ur favorites. No hard feeling Laugh

For your information, I create forum for friendship, peace and freedom of entertain. It is not communist system or troop that needs to have high achieved.
I would appreciate if they are working hard as u said. But here I know they are busy in real life and I understand we create forum for share what we know and hope all members enjoy and feel free to joint as well as our staff to stay with us. I never think it is shame to have only 380 members, it does not matter unless all my staffs and members happy to be here. And I always try my best to give them chance again and again until my last choice.
All my ex staff or current staff, I never think they are dump, still I appreciate them.

@rahul it is better if you apply ur comments/rules in ur forum than here bec of we have different way of manage and think.

Lemme clear it.
I'm agree with you that every section having it own position but every estableshment having an aim and every convention must to related to an issue with an specific target.
So whereof at mig community spreading created forums it was 4 one aim & reason.
And that was and is only a place to reflection userz problems and opinions.
So in my idea at every related forum theres only that sections are relief and importent that forum established for.
Chit chat section is only for making fun and playing games not so much importent to must appriciate it and it will never having any role for developing..

I wrote at there but about cambo forum doesnt my this statement split my speech 4m above example??
it was a separate issue and never depended to this forum i only posted my view about mig related forums not exactly this forum.
This forum is best and will be the best and its depend to staffs of this forum that how to manage not me and any other users we are coming regularly if there is any importent and useful topic or issue will post otherwise log off again.
